Why we exist.
Too much leadership development is disconnected from evidence. We built Perigon House on a different premise.
Too much executive coaching starts with a well-meaning conversation and ends with a development plan that sits in a drawer. An expensive psychometric report nobody revisits. Feedback that's too polished to be useful. Meanwhile, the leader is still getting blindsided by the same patterns in every review.
Perigon House was built on a different premise: that leadership development works when it starts with an honest, structured view of how a leader is actually experienced by the people around them — and when that feedback is integrated with validated psychometric data and interpreted through AI that connects the dots humans often miss.
We named ourselves after the perigon — the mathematical term for a 360° angle — because completeness of perspective is our starting point, not our selling point. The gap in our logo is deliberate: there is always room to grow.
Where we are today
Perigon is a platform. We've built an integrated assessment system that combines 360° feedback, psychometric profiling (178 items across three validated instruments), and AI-powered coaching analysis. It works, it's live, and it delivers insight that leaders can act on immediately.
As the platform matures, we're building the coaching practice around it — experienced principals who turn assessment data into structured development. The platform scales. The human interpretation is what makes it stick.
What we believe
- Evidence firstEvery engagement starts with data, not assumptions. Opinions are cheap; evidence is valuable.
- Candour with careHonest feedback, delivered thoughtfully, is the foundation of all development.
- Technology enables, people interpretPlatforms deliver data at scale. Humans deliver the insight that changes behaviour. We need both.
- Don't oversellWe'd rather tell you what we can't do yet than pretend we're something we're not.
- Outcomes over hoursWe measure success by observable change, not session counts or report length.
