Technology delivers the data. People deliver the insight.
Assessment data is powerful — but data alone doesn't change behaviour. Interpretation does. The Perigon coaching approach pairs evidence with experienced principals who help leaders make sense of what the data reveals.
The case for human interpretation
A psychometric profile tells you that you score high on Conscientiousness and low on Openness to Experience. A coaching report tells you that your reviewers describe you as reliable but inflexible. An experienced coach tells you that the gap between those two — the space where a strength becomes a limitation — is where the real development work lives.
AI can identify the pattern. A human can help you decide what to do about it — and hold you accountable for actually doing it.
What we're building
As Perigon grows, every Leader Lens assessment will be available with a one-to-one debrief session — a 90-minute conversation with a Perigon principal who walks through your results, challenges your assumptions, and helps you build a development plan grounded in the evidence.
Beyond the debrief, we're designing structured coaching engagements for leaders at inflection points — new in role, stepping up, or navigating significant change. These will be grounded in assessment data, commercially aware, and focused on observable behavioural change.
Start with evidence
The best coaching conversations start with a shared understanding of where the leader actually stands. That's why the Leader Lens assessment exists — and why we'd always recommend starting there, whether or not coaching follows.
If you're interested in the full Perigon approach — assessment plus coaching — we'd welcome the conversation.
